When will my oil be delivered?
If you choose standard delivery, your oil will be delivered within 5 working days. Working days being Monday - Friday but it may also be delivered on Saturday if it falls into a route being delivered on Saturday.

Can I get an express delivery?
Yes, you can choose express delivery when ordering, for delivery within 2 working days and Super express delivery, next working day (only if ordered before 3pm).

Do I need to be present for delivery?
No, as long as we can access your property you do not need to be present.

How will I know how much oil was delivered?
We will leave you a Delivery Note/Invoice with a digital meter reading on it clearly showing how much oil was delivered.

What if my tank doesn't hold what I order?
You will only be charged for the oil you receive, and a credit will be applied to your account. However, the price per litre may change according to the litre rate that your tank holds. i.e. A smaller amount may be more expensive.

What if I want my tank filled?
Choose the maximum litres you think your tank will hold and make a note on the order to fill the tank.

What if you are unable to make the delivery?
If we are unable to access the property or the oil tank is locked, we will make alternative arrangements for which there may be a £20 service charge.

 

Can I pay cash to the driver?
Yes but this order must be made in the normal way by contacting us on the telephone. All online orders must be paid in advance.

Can you delivery through the house?
Yes, but a disclaimer must be signed before the delivery is made.

What postcode areas do you deliver to?
Enter your postcode to get a quotation. If you are unable to get a quotation, this means that we do not deliver to that postcode at the moment.
